Summary:
To reflect about the effectiveness of social control in health policies. To deepen the instruments of participation evaluation in Health Councils. To analyze the relation between civil society and management.
Objectives:
- To analyze experiences of democratization in the relation of government/society and the role of Health Councils;
- To reflect about the quality of communication and information in health to the exercise of social control;
- To discuss the National Policy for Permanent Education to social control;
- To analyze the relation between federal, municipals and statewide administrators and the experience of Health Councils and their Management Agreements.

Target Audience:
Health Councils and Professionals, social movements’ representatives and academics.
