Summary:
Institutional Analysis: its theory, concepts, practice; its relevance
and functionality in the comprehension and direction of solutions
for diverse situations that occur in the day to day administrative
environment of public health professionals of the SUS.
Objectives:
- Familiarize health professionals with the theoretical-conceptual
tools of Institutional Analysis
- Stimulate the use of IA as a resource of analysis and intervention
along with health teams and SUS users.
