Registration Fee

• Registration fee varies according to the country of residence (see below the list of Country Groups);
• For online registrations, the country of residence informed will automatically drive you to the correct registration fee;
• Registration fee varies according to your student status, the registration period and if you are a member of the Congress promoters;
• Brazilian residents will be charged in Reais (R$);
• Non-Brazilian residents will be charged in American Dollars (US$);
• We use the World Bank’s Country Groups Classification.

* Abrasco members with updated membership status.
** Fees valid for Undergraduate and Postgraduate Students, and residents. Undergraduate and Postgraduate Students must send a declaration from the University, and residents must send a proof of residence, by fax, post or e-mail, to the Congress Secretariat .

Cancellation and reimbursement

• The registration fee reimbursement will be done up to 45 days after the event. All participants must formalize their cancellation to the Congress Secretariat.

• Reimbursements will follow the criteria below:

* Non Approved abstracts – reimbursement form completed + copy of the receipt of payment + copy of the evaluation result;
** Health Problems – reimbursement form completed + copy of the medical statement + copy of the receipt of payment;
*** Double Payment – reimbursement form completed + inform the name of the Institution which made the payment + copy of the receipt of payment.
