Instructions
to prepare Posters
• The posters will have the
following dimensions: 96 centimeters (width) and 1 meter (height).
The title must be visible from 2 meters away, followed by the
name(s) of the author(s) and the respective institution(s).
• Even though it is recommended for a better esthetic, the
commission does not require the posters to be plotted, but only
determines the following items to be observed: introduction, objectives,
materials and methods, results and conclusions. The poster must
also present a contact address and, when necessary, the financial
funds of the work;
• The posters will be in exhibition during all the event
and might began to be posted in June 14th, and
must be withdrawn until June 18th. Posting and withdrawn of the
posters will be of the author's responsibility and will have support
by the congress organization;
• It will be granted a mention of honor to posters selected
by the Congress Scientific Committee;
• The certificate of the poster presentation will be given
during the Congress, at July 17th and 18th. Posters not
presented will not receive certificates.
• This activity will last
60 minutes, when a renowned speaker will talk about specific
themes.

to Panel
• This activity counts
with a coordinator (entitled to an exhibition) and up to four
speakers. It was organized from the proposals sent by institutional
pairs and the Scientific Committee. The objective of the session
is to debate important issues to the area, and includes a public
debate and participation with question at the end of the session.
It will last 90 minutes.

to Oral Communication
• This activity counts
with a coordinator and up to five speakers. It was organized
with abstracts submitted to evaluation. The objective is to
present the papers and includes a debate among the public
with questions at the end of the session. It will last 90
minutes.
Instructions
to Forum
• A group of people
or social actors interested in a specific theme related
with the Congress themes. It will have one coordinator and
abstracts of papers submitted to be distributed to all participants.
The activity is open to all registered at the Congress and
will have as a final product, a report to be published at
Abrasco Bulletin afterwards.

Themes
Each group of themes has various numbers of sub-themes, suggested by the Congress promoters.
Each theme has its coordinators, and each of the sub-themes will have one coordinator who will be able to organize the production related to that sub-theme. All coordinators will be linked through a virtual network.
The authors must choose one of the groups of themes and their sub-themes to submit an abstract.
